Event Request Payment and Cancellation Policy

 

To secure an event, all fees must be paid no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled event. $300.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon confirmation of request. Any additional fees are due within 5 days of the event. Any unpaid fees after such time will be canceled, and individuals will be required to send another request via our website with payment provided immediately to attend the event. If a emailed cancellation request is not received by 5 or more business days prior to the event, the requester will be liable for the entirety of the event fee, regardless of attendance or absence from the scheduled event.

 

All cancellation requests must be made via email. An 80% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received 10 business days prior to the scheduled event. A 40% refund will be granted if the request is received between 9 and 5 business days prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 5 days prior to the scheduled event.

 

If the event is canceled by Brown Leaf Cigar LLC, the requester may be extended a full refund (100%).
